Absolutely PERFECT transaction - the custom-printed tins are GORGEOUS (even BETTER than the samples!), everything arrived in PERFECT CONDITION and the order was completed quickly and delivered EXACTLY as predicted.
In fact, my rep messaged me around the time the order was supposed to arrive to make sure the delivery was going according to plan - everything arrived 2 days after her message. THAT is EXCELLENT customer service!
